No. SourcePoint Travel has access to the same supplier pricing available when booking directly and, in many cases, may have access to equal or better pricing through our travel-industry partnerships and available promotions. Depending on the supplier, itinerary, and travel dates, we may also be able to offer additional amenities, perks, promotional benefits, or other added value that may not be available when booking directly with the supplier. Our goal is not simply to match the value of booking direct - it is to provide competitive pricing, professional guidance, personalized service, and, whenever available, additional benefits that make your vacation an even better value.

If there is a destination you are dreaming about, chances are we can help plan it - or help connect you with the right travel option.

How far in advance should I book?

For cruises, booking 8 to 12 months ahead often provides the best cabin selection, while many all-inclusive resort vacations are well planned 3 to 6 months in advance. Holiday periods, school breaks, popular sailings, suites, and specialty accommodations can require considerably more lead time. Last-minute and short-stay resort and cruise bookings are also welcome. Whether you are planning months ahead or ready to travel soon, we will help you evaluate the options that are actually available.

Can you book flights for me?

SourcePoint Travel generally does not directly book standalone air travel. Airline schedules, fares, changes, cancellations, and irregular operations are controlled by the airline, and many air-only reservations provide limited advisor support options. We are happy to discuss flight timing, routing, airport choices, and how air travel fits with the rest of your vacation. When air is included as part of certain supplier or vacation packages, additional options may be available depending on the trip.

Can you help with group travel?

Absolutely. We can assist with group cruises, destination weddings, family reunions, milestone celebrations, corporate or affinity groups, and other shared travel experiences. Group policies, deposits, deadlines, minimum participation requirements, and amenities vary by supplier, so we will explain the applicable terms for your specific group before booking.

Coverage, exclusions, limits, eligibility, and pre-existing-condition provisions vary by policy. We can provide information about available options, but travelers should review the policy terms carefully and choose coverage appropriate for their circumstances.

What happens after I decide to book?

Once you select an itinerary, we will review the key trip details, pricing, deposit requirements, cancellation terms, and supplier conditions with you. You will be asked to verify traveler names and other important information before payment is submitted. Supplier confirmation documents and applicable terms should be reviewed promptly after booking.

Who actually charges my credit card?

In most cases, payments for travel are processed by the cruise line, resort, tour operator, hotel, insurance provider, or other travel supplier rather than retained by SourcePoint Travel. The merchant name shown on your card statement may therefore be the travel supplier. We will explain the expected payment process for your reservation.

Can you find a better price after I book?

Accepted Answer

We are happy to review eligible reservations when a supplier publishes a new promotion or price. Whether a booking can be repriced, upgraded, or changed depends entirely on the supplier's rules, availability, fare type, penalties, and promotion terms. A lower advertised price does not always apply to an existing reservation, but when a legitimate opportunity is available we will help you evaluate it.

What if I need to change or cancel my trip?

Contact us as soon as possible. Changes and cancellations are governed by the applicable supplier's rules and may involve penalties, non-refundable amounts, fare differences, or loss of promotional benefits. We will help you understand the options and work with the supplier on your behalf, but we cannot waive or override supplier-imposed terms.

Do you offer price matching or guarantee the lowest price?

We work to identify competitive, appropriate options based on your priorities, but we do not guarantee that a particular itinerary will always be the lowest price available anywhere. The exact information depends on the trip, but suppliers commonly require each traveler's full legal name as shown on the required travel document, date of birth, contact information, and other details necessary to complete the reservation. International trips may require passport information. It is the traveler's responsibility to provide accurate information and to review booking confirmations for errors immediately.

Do you help with passports, visas, or entry requirements?

We can point travelers toward official resources and remind you to review destination requirements, but each traveler is responsible for having the correct passport, visa, identification, health documentation, and other required travel documents. Requirements can change and may depend on citizenship, residency, destination, transit points, and itinerary.

What happens if a supplier changes or cancels part of my trip?

Accepted Answer

Cruise lines, airlines, hotels, resorts, tour operators, and other suppliers may change schedules, itineraries, ports, accommodations, services, or other trip components. When a supplier makes a change, we will help communicate the available options and advocate for you where appropriate. Refunds, credits, substitutions, and other remedies remain subject to the supplier's terms and decisions.

Yes. SourcePoint Travel is based in The Villages, Florida, and serves leisure travelers throughout the United States, subject to applicable Seller of Travel and supplier requirements. Consultations and trip planning can be handled by phone, email, and online.

Why should I book with SourcePoint Travel instead of booking online myself?

You can absolutely book many trips yourself. Our role is to make the process easier and more informed by helping compare options, explain differences that may not be obvious from a booking screen, coordinate trip components, keep track of important details, and provide a human point of contact before and after booking. For many vacations, that support is available without an additional advisory fee.

Will I still earn my frequent flyer miles, hotel points, cruise loyalty rewards, or other travel rewards when booking through SourcePoint Travel?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Booking your travel through SourcePoint Travel does not mean giving up the loyalty benefits you have earned with airlines, hotels, cruise lines, and other travel providers. Your applicable frequent flyer numbers, hotel loyalty memberships, cruise line loyalty accounts, and other eligible rewards programs can be attached to your reservations just as they would be when booking directly with the travel provider.

In fact, certain fares, promotions, or travel advisor offers may provide opportunities to earn additional points, miles, or loyalty benefits beyond what may otherwise be available.
