SourcePoint Travel, LLC is an independent travel advisor and independent affiliate of Atlas Coast Travel Group. SourcePoint Travel acts as an independent agent for the travel suppliers identified in your booking confirmation.
Terms of Service
SourcePoint Travel is an independent travel advisory. By requesting a quote, submitting an inquiry, authorizing a payment, making a deposit, or confirming a booking with us, you agree to these terms as they exist on the date of your deposit or booking.
We arrange travel services provided by independent third parties, including cruise lines, hotels and resorts, tour operators, transfer companies, airlines, transportation providers, excursion operators, and other travel suppliers. Your booking is also governed by the terms and conditions of each applicable supplier, which are provided with or incorporated into your confirmation documents.
You are responsible for ensuring that the names on your booking match your government-issued travel documents exactly and for confirming passport validity, visa requirements, health or entry requirements, and other documentation required for every destination on your itinerary. Entry requirements can change, and travelers are responsible for satisfying the requirements in effect at the time of travel.
You are also responsible for promptly reviewing all quotes, invoices, confirmations, itineraries, names, dates, flights, stateroom or room categories, and other booking details. Please notify SourcePoint Travel promptly if you identify an error or discrepancy. Changes requested after a supplier has confirmed a reservation may be subject to supplier fees, fare differences, availability restrictions, or cancellation penalties.
Booking & Payment Terms
Most bookings require a deposit at the time of confirmation, with the balance due on a schedule set by the supplier. Deposit amounts and final payment dates vary by cruise line, resort, tour operator, rate type, and season and are stated in writing before payment is made.
Prices, promotions, availability, cabin or room inventory, airfare, and other travel components are subject to change until the applicable supplier receives the required payment and confirms the reservation. A quote does not guarantee price or availability.
Taxes, port fees, fuel supplements, resort fees, government-imposed charges, and similar assessments may change after booking where permitted by the supplier's terms or applicable law and may be passed through at cost.
Failure to make final payment by the supplier's deadline may result in automatic cancellation of the reservation and forfeiture of some or all amounts paid under that supplier's cancellation schedule. SourcePoint Travel is not responsible for a cancellation resulting from a traveler's failure to provide required payment or information by the applicable deadline.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation and change penalties are established by the applicable supplier, not by SourcePoint Travel. Cruise lines commonly use tiered cancellation schedules that increase as the departure date approaches. Hotels, resorts, airlines, tour operators, and other suppliers have their own cancellation and change policies, which may vary by property, fare, rate type, promotion, season, and holiday period.
Non-refundable rates, promotional fares, deposits, and other restricted products will be identified when made known by the supplier at the time of booking.
Requests to cancel or amend a booking should be made to SourcePoint Travel in writing as soon as possible. A cancellation or change is not effective until processed and acknowledged by the applicable supplier. Where a refund is due, it is generally issued by the supplier to the original form of payment and is subject to the supplier's processing timeline. SourcePoint Travel does not control the timing of supplier refunds.
Travel Insurance Disclosure
We recommend that travelers consider an appropriate travel protection plan for every booking. Depending on the policy selected, travel protection may provide benefits for covered trip cancellation or interruption, emergency medical treatment or evacuation, baggage loss or delay, travel delay, missed connections, and other covered events.
SourcePoint Travel is not an insurer and does not determine coverage or adjudicate claims. Coverage, eligibility, exclusions, limitations, pre-existing-condition provisions or waivers, and claim decisions are determined solely by the insurance provider and the terms of the policy issued to you.
Travelers should review all policy documents promptly after purchase, including applicable exclusions, benefit limits, eligibility requirements, and any review or free-look period. If you decline travel protection, you accept financial responsibility for losses arising from cancellation, interruption, delay, medical expense, evacuation, damaged or lost property, or other events that otherwise might have been eligible for coverage.
Supplier Liability Disclaimer
SourcePoint Travel acts only as an agent and intermediary in arranging services provided by independent third-party suppliers. We do not own, manage, control, or operate any ship, aircraft, hotel, resort, vehicle, transfer company, excursion, tour, restaurant, attraction, or other travel service.
SourcePoint Travel does not guarantee the performance, financial condition or solvency, safety standards, schedules, availability, representations, or continued operation of an independent supplier. The supplier is responsible for delivering the travel service it has contracted to provide, subject to that supplier's terms and applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SourcePoint Travel is not liable for loss, injury, death, delay, damage, inconvenience, disappointment, additional expense, or other claim arising from the acts, omissions, errors, negligence, default, insolvency, or bankruptcy of an independent supplier, or from events outside SourcePoint Travel's reasonable control.
Such events may include severe weather, natural disasters, mechanical failures, labor disputes or strikes, acts or restrictions of governmental authorities, port or airport closures, civil unrest, war or threatened conflict, public-health emergencies, epidemics or pandemics, transportation disruptions, schedule changes, or other force-majeure events.
Itinerary or schedule changes made by a cruise line, airline, tour operator, hotel, resort, or other supplier - including port substitutions, flight changes, cancellations, equipment changes, room or stateroom changes, and schedule adjustments - are made at that supplier's discretion and are governed by the supplier's terms. Such changes do not, by themselves, create an obligation for SourcePoint Travel to provide a refund or compensation.
Information regarding accommodations, ships, aircraft, amenities, itineraries, schedules, pricing, and other supplier services is based on information supplied by third parties and may change without notice. SourcePoint Travel will make reasonable efforts to provide accurate and current information but cannot independently guarantee every supplier-provided description or representation.
Privacy Policy
SourcePoint Travel collects information reasonably necessary to respond to inquiries, plan and book travel, service reservations, communicate with travelers, and operate our business. Depending on the services requested, this may include names, contact information, dates of birth, traveler preferences, loyalty-program information, passport or travel-document information where required, and other information needed to complete a reservation.
Payment information is generally processed through the applicable travel supplier, host agency, payment processor, or other authorized service provider. SourcePoint Travel does not intentionally store full payment-card details on its own website systems.
We may share personal information with Atlas Coast Travel Group, travel suppliers, booking platforms, technology and customer-management providers, payment processors, insurance providers when requested, and other service providers when reasonably necessary to research, arrange, manage, or service your travel. Because travel is international, information necessary to complete a booking may be transmitted to suppliers or service providers located outside your state or outside the United States.
We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties for their independent marketing purposes. We may use website hosting, analytics, security, communications, or similar technologies and service providers to understand website performance, respond to inquiries, protect our systems, and operate the website. These services may collect technical information such as browser or device information, IP address, pages visited, and similar usage data.
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the nature of the information we handle. No website, electronic transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and users should avoid transmitting sensitive information through unsecured channels.
We retain booking and business records for as long as reasonably necessary to service travel, meet supplier or host-agency requirements, resolve disputes, maintain appropriate business records, and comply with applicable legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations. Information that is no longer reasonably required may be deleted or de-identified consistent with those obligations.
You may contact us in writing to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information maintained directly by SourcePoint Travel. We may need to verify your identity before completing a privacy request, and some information may need to be retained where required for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, contractual, or supplier-related purposes.
SourcePoint Travel arranges family travel and may receive information about minors from a parent, guardian, or other authorized adult when that information is necessary to research or complete a family booking. Our website and services are not intended to solicit personal information directly from children without involvement of a parent or guardian.
Accessibility Statement
We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA on this website and review it periodically for keyboard navigation, color contrast, and screen-reader compatibility.
If any part of this site is difficult to use, or if you need booking information in an alternative format, contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to provide the information directly in an accessible format.
We are also glad to help identify accessible staterooms, step-free resort rooms, accessible transportation or transfer options, and other supplier-provided accessibility features when planning your trip. Accessibility features remain subject to supplier availability and confirmation.
General Terms
These Legal & Disclosures are intended to be read together with the terms, conditions, fare rules, cancellation policies, and other requirements of the travel suppliers included in your reservation. If a supplier's terms apply to a particular travel service, those supplier terms govern the provision of that service.
If any provision of these Legal & Disclosures is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law. A failure by SourcePoint Travel to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive the right to enforce that provision later.
Nothing in these Legal & Disclosures is intended to waive or limit a consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable law.
